Professional Development and Training

GCAA offers a diverse range of professional development courses and training sessions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff within Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and Public Entities. This is paramount to support the delivery of high-quality services to low-income individuals and families.

To facilitate effective program implementation and service delivery, GCAA provides technical assistance to CAAs and Public Entities, guiding them through operational, programmatic, and compliance-related complexities.
